Nations Cup

Danone Nations Cup is an international football tournament that engages and inspires millions of boys and girls between 10-12 years old, around the world. It is essentially a "World Cup for Kids".

Over the past 11 years, over 18 million children from all over the world have participated in this unique event.

In collaboration with the SFAI, Teams from Ireland have participated in the Danone Nations cup since 2002.
From Sept 30th through Oct 3rd, 2010, after six months of national qualifying games in 40 countries around the world, the DNC World Final will fire up in South Africa.

See Danone Nations Cup website link for the official kick-off of the 2010 Danone Nations Cup, inviting everyone to participate in the world’s longest pass.
The "Never-Ending Pass" is a video that gathers children of the teams who have won their national finals in 2009, including our 2009 winners "WATERFORD VILLA FC".

They will be brought with Ireland's 2010 DNC winning team to South Africa to play the World Final of the Danone Nations Cup, only a few months after the FIFA World Cup!

The Danone Nations Cup has a “Danone Nations Cup Official Facebook Page”.
