This marks our fourth consecutive year publishing the Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report, highlighting our strong commitment to pay equity. We take pride in maintaining a transparent pay policy and in our approach to recognising and rewarding our people.

Over the past year, our mean gender pay gap has changed from 1.5% to -2% while our median gender pay gap moved from 2.5% to -6.7% towards female pay.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on fostering an inclusive culture where every Danoner can reach their full potential. This includes continuing to champion flexible working, investing in personal development and leadership training, and driving ongoing improvements in our recruitment practices.
