Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

Danone Ireland is committed to creating a workplace environment where all employees experience fairness and equality and achieving a truly gender diverse representation of employees at each level across our workforce is a key priority for us.

Following on from our first Gender Pay Gap report in 2022, we are incredibly proud of the progress that we have made as a business, with our median and mean pay gaps reducing significantly in the last 12 months.

Our mean gender pay gap has reduced from 2.01% to 0.89%, while our median gender pay gap has seen significant improvement, dropping from 6.66% down to 0.97% - over the same period.

At Danone Ireland, we will continue to work hard to create a culture that enables Danoners to grow and realise their potential, including a commitment to flexible working, personal development and leadership training, and consistent improvements in our recruitment processes.

We recognise the gender pay gap is part of a much broader issue of inclusive diversity and strive to ensure sustained progress when it comes to fairness and equality, to make Danone Ireland a great place to work – now and in the future.
